Originally called Hampton Models, our agency was founded in 2003 by former model, Allie Cresswell. Allie started out in a small office in West Hampton, but shortly thereafter moved her operation to Smithtown where she hung out her shingle for over 15 years. Allie has worked with hundreds of businesses in the tri-state area over the years, helping to facilitate everything from runway shows, to commercials, to print, social media ads, and more.

Allie is now the Executive Consultant at Hampton and Smith.

Last, and certainly not least, is our boots-on-the-ground, working from wherever she happens to be, all around superstar and Booker: Erika DiGiovanni.

Erika graduated with her AAS in Fashion Business Management from the Fashion Institute of Technology in New York and is currently pursuing her Bachelor's Degree from the same school. Erika recently studied for a full year at FIT in Florence, Italy, were she traveled all of Europe learning about business and fashion. She also held several internships including styling on various TV and movie sets, working backstage at NYFW, and the Victoria's Secret Fashion Show, and for Public Relations specialist, Savannah Engel.

Erika is a Long Island native, and spends her free time with friends, filling up her passport, or trying the newest trendy eatery.
