Our Story
Originally Hampton Models, our agency was founded in 2003 by former model, Allie Cresswell. Allie started out in a small office in West Hampton, then moved to Hauppauge, and finally Smithtown where she hung out her shingle for over a decade. Allie has worked with hundreds of businesses in the tri-state area over the years, helping to facilitate everything from runway shows, to commercials, to print, social media ads, and more.
Allie is now the Executive Consultant at Hampton and Smith.
Moving forward...
After more than 35 successful years in the business, Allie has taken a backseat and handed the reins over to her daughter, Erica Harriell.
Erica has been modeling and working by her mom's side since she was born and her professional experience is versatile, as she spent time working and studying in multiple industries over the years.
Erica now resides in Utah with her husband, Devan. When she's not working, you can find her baking, watching a 90's sitcom, or traveling with family.
Last, and certainly not least, is our boots-on-the-ground, working from wherever she happens to be, all around superstar and Booker: Erika DiGiovanni.
Erika recently graduated with her AAS in Fashion Business Management from the Fashion Institute of Technology in New York. She also held several internships including styling on various TV and movie sets, working backstage at NYFW, and for Public Relations specialist, Savannah Engel.
Erika is a Long Island native, and spends her free time with friends, filling up her passport, or trying the newest trendy eatery.
